Hidden Critters Exhibition
I have two photographs on display that were selected for the Hidden Critters Exhibition at the Croton Point Nature Center in Croton Point Park. The exhibition was originally going to be from April through August 2016. But because the exhibition has been so popular, it was extended and is still open to the public. The exhibition features camouflaged critters.
Usually I like to take photographs of animals fully visible. Generally speaking, I delete photographs where the animal is not fully visible. Before I was invited to participate in this exhibition, I was unaware of there being an interest in photographs of camouflaged animals. So when I was invited, I had to sort though my portfolio. Alas, I did have a few photos that fit the requirements of this exhibition. One of my photos is of a Great Horned Owlet.The other is of a Green Heron. Here are my two photos that were on display there.
