Dragonflies are incredible creatures. There are so many different types of dragonflies in terms of color and size. They are very challenging to photograph because they are so quick. Frequently they are gone before I can get my shot. My best results occur when I wait for them to land on plants, sticks or rocks. It takes a great deal of time and patience. But the results are worth it.
