Photographing Bald Eagles is always an adventure. I have photographed them on the Hudson River on the ice flows, in the trees along the river and in flight.  The eagles fish from the ice flows. They take off after sighting a fish and return to the ice flow to eat. I photographed them at Conowingo Dam in Maryland. At the dam, they wait for the water release. A siren is sounded just before the water release. Then the eagles fly from the trees to go fishing.  Particularly challenging is to photograph them in flight. Here are some of my eagle photographs.
